Pricing and Amenities
UNITS: The complex is made up of a studio, one, two and three bedroom units. Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom.
KITCHEN & APPLIANCES: Studios have a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. All other units have a dishwasher, microwave, and stove as well as an eating area (counter with barstools and/or table and chairs). A washer and dryer are also included in each unit.
FURNISHINGS: Each unit has wood-style flooring in the common areas. The living room comes with a sofa (as well as club chairs, end tables, coffee table depending on unit size) and a flat-screen television that sits on an entertainment console. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bedside table, dresser, and is wired for cable. The only things not included are bed/bath linens, dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware.
UTILITIES: All utilities, cable and Wi-Fi are included at an estimated average cost of $200 per month.
AMENITIES: Phoebe’s Healthworks gym, a state of the art exercise and fitness facility for Phoebe’s employees and family is across the street. The building has Wi-Fi in all areas, including the study and social spaces on each floor. The lobby has social and/or study spaces, an entertainment area, a large screen TV and an indoor/outdoor fireplace that leads to an outdoor sitting area with a gas grill.
CURRENT COST: Prices are guaranteed upon signing a one-year lease and receipt of a security deposit equal to half of one month's rent. A signed lease and security deposit is required for each bedroom. Rates are per bedroom:
- Studio: $700
- 1 Bedroom: $750
- 2 Bedroom: $650 per bedroom - unit cost $1250
- 3 Bedroom: $650 per bedroom - unit cost $1900
