Wellness Watch - Hunting Safety

Hunting Safety

Hunting can be an extremely enjoyable activity, but it can also be dangerous if you aren’t cautious at all times. You should never let your guard down while you’re hunting.

At Phoebe, we consider it a privilege to meet your healthcare needs anytime they arise, but we hope we don’t have to see you because of a hunting injury. We do know, however, that accidents happen. You need to be prepared, so that if something does go wrong while you’re hunting, you can handle the situation appropriately until you are able to get proper medical care.

Dr. Troy Skidmore is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with Phoebe Orthopaedics. He shares some helpful advice you should think about before you head out on your hunt.
