Get Back to A Good Night's Rest

To help get you back on track to a good night's sleep, Phoebe Sleep Center can help assess, diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Our specialists work closely with your primary care physician before, during and after diagnosis to ensure the best outcomes helping you lead a more active, healthy and satisfying life. Ask your primary care doctor for a referral to the Phoebe Sleep Center and we will assist you in gaining an appointment with one of our sleep physicians for a timely consultation.

Sleepiness Scale

The first step to getting the rest you need is taking the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Assessment - it provides a measure of a person’s general level of daytime sleepiness, or their average sleep propensity in daily life.

If you feel as though you may have a sleep disorder, please share any symptoms or concerns with your primary care provider. For more information about the Sleep Center, call 229-312-1220.
