Hillary manages the Donor and Financial management systems for Phoebe Foundation and is the planned giving officer for Phoebe Foundation, Inc. She also coordinates the foundation's e-philanthropy efforts including oversight of the Phoebe Foundation website, e-newsletter and other electronic collateral. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University and has attended graduate school at the Georgia Southwestern School of Computer Science. Hillary is a fourth generation Albanian and has been with Phoebe for 17 years, 8 of those with Phoebe Foundation. She is a member of the Georgia Association for Development Professionals.
